How to pay the registration fee
The registration fee should be paid as follows:

Withdrawal and Refund
• If the participant provides a reason for cancellation, the paid fees will be refunded up to 45 days after the date of the event.
• Refunds will be paid according to the following criteria:

• No justification - fill out the registration fee refund request form + copy of proof of payment.
• Health problems - fill out the registration fee refund request form + copy of the medical certificate + copy of the payment receipt.
• Double payment - filling out the registration fee refund request form + copies of payment receipts.
• Cancellation of purchase within 7 days after payment - fill out the registration fee refund request form + copy of proof of payment.
Attention:
* Only one registration per CPF is permitted.
* Registration is nominal and non-transferable.
* In case of refund, the registration will not be deleted from the system, which will prevent new registration linked to the same CPF.
* For congress participants who pay for their registration and subsequently receive laboratory sponsorship or some type of courtesy, the “without justification” refund rule will be respected, i.e., only 50% of the amount already paid may be refunded.
