CHAD ROBERTSON

Chad attended dental school at the University of Western Ontario, graduating with distinction in 1996. He completed his training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS) and obtained his M.D. at Dalhousie University in 2003. Chad went on to complete fellowship training in head and neck cancer at the University of California, San Francisco. Upon completion of his fellowship he returned to Halifax to work at Dalhousie University, the Queen Elizabeth II Health Sciences Centre, and the IWK Health Centre. His scope of practice includes oral and maxillofacial pathology, orthognathic, trauma, cleft lip and palate, implant, and dentoalveolar surgery.
Chad is an Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of OMFS at Dalhousie University, as well as the Head of the Department of OMFS with Nova Scotia Health. He is the Chief Examiner in OMFS with the Royal College of Dentists of Canada and the Past President of the Canadian Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
